The Allen County Coroner’s Office has officially classified Damion’s death as a homicide. On Wednesday evening, police were called to the area behind an apartment building on the 6100 block of Holgate Drive, where they discovered Damion lying unresponsive. Emergency responders arrived and attempted to save him, but despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Friday, the coroner identified Damion as the victim and confirmed that his cause of death was a gunshot wound. The manner of death is ruled a homicide, and authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
