In doing so, he struck a parked Ford F-550 work truck operated by a Tampa-based construction crew. The impact was severe, and the Georgia man tragically died from his injuries. Three construction workers in the Ford F-550 were injured but are expected to recover, as they were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Debris from the collision also struck a third vehicle, driven by an 18-year-old from Largo, who was unharmed.
